September 1st I was given notice by my landlord that I had 30 days to move. Nothing I had done but a divorce was pending and the owners were splitting the property. The bain of all renters without a contract – pack up and move…now. Finding a suitable place in a short time frame is never easy and I have certain needs like space and quiet. I left a place with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and moved up to 2,500 ft elevation on the mountain. Space and quiet yes. Internet connection no. I’m adjusting to the new environment but I miss being able to read your posts of adventures, poems and stories. Hope to be back visiting you all soon. Peace, Dohn

  1. It is now December, and i started reading your posts backwards. So Is the the moldy Ohia treed canted huge barn place where you think you will be? and are? and it dried out some, so that your boook collection is intact? and you have a land line, telphone internet? or?

Thanks for the interesting blog., Granny

    • Aloha Granny, Currently I’m in Hawaii and yes living in a barn like structure with no internet, TV or land line. Fortunately the rain has let up during the winter and the mold is abated….I hope to be in a better house come spring and in summer will be in New Mexico. Thank you for your interest and reading at this humble site.
